SHIPPING CHARGES AND FEES

Shipping to the continental USA ONLY – NO INTERNATIONAL SALES – We are not Currently Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We offer free shipping on select items. Other items are charged UPS rates/ shipping fee. There are select product exclusions (unusually large or bulky items) that may carry additional shipping or handling charges. Additionally certain manufacturers require that we, as an authorized dealer, pass along specific shipping costs to the customer as well. In these cases, the total shipping charges are clearly identified on the product page or during the checkout.

For select products, upgraded delivery options may be available for purchase during checkout.

Re-Routing Shipments

There will be an additional charge for any changes made to the shipping address after an order has been confirmed. To change your shipping address before an order has been shipped (within 24hours of order confirmation), please contact us at sales@arravanti.com or by phone at 1 305 576 6020.

Change of delivery address requires email confirmation from our customer service department to be considered acknowledged. If your order has already shipped, there will be a surcharge for changing the address due to round trip shipping incurred by the shipping company.

Expedited Shipping

Shipments can be expedited by choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout. There is an agreed upon expedition fee determined by our carriers’ rates that will be charged. Arravanti.com is not responsible for any lack of expediency by the carrier. These fees cannot be refunded.

Storage & Holding Fees

A holding charge of $5/ day will be invoiced to customers who delay shipment past 14 days. This only counts for customer requested delays in shipment or pickup. This storage charge only counts for items that are in stock at the time of purchase, and it does not count for custom ordered products. In the case of a custom order or made to order product, then the 14-day count will start once the items arrive at our warehouse.

Sales Tax:

Tax will be collected in the state of Florida (where we are located) and from shipping addresses in states with mandatory sales tax requirements.

Unlimited Oversized Handling

Without limit, we now offer handling for all orders greater than $1000, on our local deliveries shipping with our partner Bestway. Our handling service ensure a successful delivery with, bringing all orders in-home. We adhere to saft COVID-related practices in this proceedure.

This service is only available to customers within the shipping locations of Bestway, our local shipping partners. At this time, this is a mandatory service for all local shipment greater than $1000. However, one may refuse the service at time of delivery without penatly.

ORDER PICK UP

Online orders are not available for customer pick up.

What If I Live In Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands?

Will You Ship To My PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

What If I Need To Ship To Multiple Addresses?

Please contact our Customer Service team and they will assist you with your specific needs.

What If I Need To Send a Message Regarding a Vacation-hold or Do-not-ship before Requirements?

Please contact our customer service team 1 305 576 0620 prior to order placement, so that we can assist you with the appropriate arrangements.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If by some chance, your item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team. You must SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS for possible return shipment. All Lighting packaging MUST be saved to send back faulty or defective items. If the original packaging is not available no refund or replacement can be made.

How Much Time Do I Have to Inspect My Package For Damage?

It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. DO NOT DISPOSE OF PACKAGING MATERIALS until you are satisfied with your item. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. If you find any issues, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
