In 2005, the German studio Neuland Industriedesign designed an elegant and sophisticated bookcase for MDF Italia, characterised by irregularly arranged shelves that added dynamism and rhythm to its structure. A bestseller from the collection, Random was selected in 2006 for the XXI Compasso d'Oro ADI. With Random, the bookcase is transformed from a simple functional container into a design sculpture. Available in the 2C, 3C, and 5C versions, it offers great compositional flexibility thanks to its wide range of modules, sizes, and finishes. The colour palette ranges from white and ivory to English green, burgundy, and grey, through to the refined Canaletto walnut finish. Perfect as a standalone piece for more intimate settings, it can also be arranged in larger compositions, playing with sizes and colours to create visually striking configurations.
